Description: : This is an opportunity for members to learn how to use a winch in a safe manner. The course will cover the following topics:
This is your opportunity to use a winch in a controlled environment with instruction from an experienced Instructor. This is for the people who have never used their winch and those wanting a refresher.
Weather: Please bring footwear and clothing suitable for the conditions and keep an eye on the weather forecast prior to the weekend.
Equipment: Vehicles should have a winch and UHF radio (A radio can be borrowed from the club). Usual recovery gear needs to be carried.
