May's meeting is face to face - Yeah!
We can confirm that May's meeting will be a blend of face to face and Zoom. Although the blend of physical and virtual meetings will be a bit of an experiment, we will have tested as much as possible prior to the meeting.
NOTE: ONLY sign-up here if you are attending the meeting in person. This is required so we can restrict the number off attendees to 50. Zoom details are at the bottom of the page and do NOT require registration.
The venue is The Glasshouse at Caulfield Racecourse, 31 Station St, Caulfield East VIC 3145.
The venue has told us they are allowed a maximum of 50 people, so future meetings will be run as trips that need to be registered for. So please read and act on the following.
Making members sign up others as guests worked successfully on COVID restricted trips but, if you haven't used the Guest system before, here's a breakdown of how to register.
There's a strict Registration Process
Our club membership is for an entire family unit (as long as they all live in the same house).
However, for this sign-up process, a member is the main person on our database; and anyone else that they bring (including within the family unit) needs to be registered as guests. i.e. one registration slot per person and each person is named.
Remember, it's just for those that will be physically attending the meeting. Do not register if you are joining us via Zoom.
How to register
When you register for the physical meeting, at the bottom of the registration page (where you add your details) there will be a button that you can add a guest. You need to add each person individually; we just need their name. Once you ad a guest's details, click "Done" to take you back to the registration page, where you will see the name of your guest.
Do this for each guest you are bringing.
Once you can see a list of all your guests at the bottom of the main registration page, you can click "Next" to take you to the confirmation page.
The confirmation email will list everyone that you are going with you to the meeting. Don't forget to click the "Comfirm" button.

What if you don't register myself or a guest.
Or if things change?
Quite simply,
- if your (or their) name is not in the list, they you get in.
- if you change their mind, let us know so someone else can come.
- if you or a guest just doesn't turn up, someone else might miss out.
If you want to have dinner before the meeting
Dinner will be available prior to the meeting in the main dining area but you MUST book with the venue separately to make sure that COVID restrictions are adhered to.
Arrive with sufficient time to eat before we head into the auditorium for an 8pm start.
In order to have any chance of being fed quickly, we suggest the following.
- Call them to make a reservation, and mention that you're part of the Range Rover Club. Phone: (03) 9257 7170
- Order and pay for food at the bar. There is table service but we share tables and it can get confusing to figure out who had what.
