Many of you will know that this year is the 50th anniversary of Range Rover arriving on Australian shores (and tracks). 

These days many folk consider the Range Rover Club as a multi brand club but, true to our history, there is still a core of Rangie nuts and we would like to mark the 50th anniversary somehow.

The RRCV has been invited to show a selection of Rangies at Geelong Revival. The event is a massive classic car-fest and has an area to showcase cars. Last time I was there they hosted Mini's 60th anniversary and they have offered to so the same for Range Rovers. 

There's also a formal quarter mile track event, along Geelong's foreshore, that people can compete in. Time is running out to register so if you want to compete in the quarter mile time trial go to their website rather than contacting me.

The cars would be displayed on the Sunday (6th March).

It's only 6 weeks away so we need to get a sense of numbers this week.
