Christmas Get-together weekend @ the Black Spur Inn

Date and time: Sat 9th December - Sun 10th December. 

Gathering is scheduled to kick of with Happy Hour @ 4pm on Saturday - Some people have said they will be there mid-late morning. If there's enough interest, we may try to run a couple of trips over the weekend.

Description: This is an informal gathering, with the only scheduled activities being Happy Hour at 4pm and Dinner gathering at 6pm, both on the Saturday. Dinner is BYO food and drink or order food from the Black Spur (menu TBA).

Some of us will stay for lunch on Sunday.

Toilets will be made available for campers.

We may post a menu nearer the time and once we get a better idea of numbers. We will ask you to pre-order your meal a few days in advance to help Di Kennedy plan the day.

If you want to stay at the Black Spur Inn you can get a club discount ONLY if you book directly. i.e. don't book on a 3rd party website.

Likely schedule:

• Happy Hour is at 4pm on Saturday but people will start arriving from mid morning.
• Dinner gathering at 6pm (giving people time to prepare/cook their dinner if not ordering food from Black Spur)
• After dinner - catching up around the camp fire.
• Overnight camping is available for those that want to stay, and there may be rooms available - Ask Di. 
• Sunday chilled day with friends -  Leave when you want or go on a short trip.

We will meet and camp next to or behind the Black Spur Inn - we won't be hard to find. 

Equipment: If stopping there on the Saturday evening - Camping gear, food, refreshments, and water for the weekend - or buy food at the bar. Toilet provided for campers.

If going on the surrounding 4x4 tracks, the usual tyres and recovery gear applies.

Distance: Approximately 90 km from Melbourne.

People limit: No limit, bring a friend if you want.

Meeting arrangements: Next to the Black Spur Inn - Follow the signs or look for members of the club.
