Description:  New Members & Families Welcome

Commencing on the Friday of the Grand Final long weekend, we will explore the Grampians concentrating on the abundant wildflowers and history at various parts of the scenic Grampians.  With a number of short walks to be led by John, a keen amateur naturalist, there is much to see and photograph with the Grampians being home to over 1,000 flower species.  Sharing of plant, fungi and bird identification is encouraged.  We will travel on bitumen and forest tracks and be able to enjoy the wonderful scenery the Grampians has to offer with the many stops planned.  There will be a generous amount of time allowed for photography.

Please arrange your own accommodation in Halls Gap each night ready for a 12.00 noon start on Friday and 9.00am start on the Saturday and Sunday.  We are staying at the NRMA Halls Gap Caravan Park and recommend you make your booking of your own choice as soon as you register for the trip as accommodation and sites are popular at this time.
