Track clearing @ the Black Spur Inn

Date and time: 9am - 4pm Sat 14th December 

This short trip which aims to clear some tracks in the Narbethong area on Saturday. Rendezvous at the Black Spur Inn at 9am where Jim will brief us on which tracks need clearing. Please bring your chainsaw & PPE if you are trained to use one. Otherwise any willing hands to help shift fallen wood are very welcome. 

Equipment: 

Properly equipped 4WD with the usual tyres and recovery gear. Tracks could be difficult and slippery or boggy in places. Bring a chainsaw and PPE if you have one and are trained to use it. 

Distance: Approximately 90 km from Melbourne.
